Work closely with me to uncover fresh insights and possibilities, develop powerful habits and create meaningful and lasting change. Together we’ll shed light on blind spots, sharpen your vision, and shift your mindset to break through those blocks. To deepen your learning and lock it in, you'll have homework + heart work.  I bring deep listening, a breadth of experience and a rigorous, collaborative approach. You bring your whole self, a sense of humor, and maybe a snack. 
When you're not physically fit, you experience stress as you climb a steep hill. When you’re not mentally fit, you feel mental stress, such as anxiety, frustration, or unhappiness as you encounter life’s challenges.   

This small group program, based on the Positive Intelligence model, is for those interested in improving their mental fitness significantly in 6-8 weeks.  Do the work, and with me as your guide, and you'll improve your relationships, your well-being, and your creative output. 
Need a nimble, creative brainstorming partner to bring that brilliant idea of yours to life?  Perfect. During my 15+ year career in advertising, I've sharpened my brainstorming superpowers to a fine point. Don't worry, I won't hurt you. During this 90-minute session, we'll break rules, have fun and you'll come away with a clearer vision of what you want to create.
